Catawba College's Annual Sports Hall of Fame Golf Tournament, Cookout, and Inductee Luncheon is rapidly approaching. The date for the golf tournament is Friday, April 29th with a shotgun start at 1:00 p.m. at the Country Club of Salisbury with the cookout to immediately follow. The Induction Ceremony and Luncheon will be held Saturday, April 30th at 12:00 p.m. in the Kirkland Lobby of the Abernethy Physical Education Center.
Please register online to make your reservations for golf, the cookout, and the luncheon. If there will be additional individuals joining you for the cookout or the luncheon, please indicate on the registration form as well. Please be sure to complete all sections so we can have an accurate head count at all theEvents.
As a reminder, we try to keep the golf tournament at 84 players maximium to keep play moving, so send your golf reservations in promptly, please.
The new inductees being honored this year are: Dwayne Brewington '82 (Basketball), Lonnie Chandler '63 (Women's HS Basketball Coach), Tony DiPaolo '59 (Football) and Monte Jackson Turner '94 (Women's Basketball and Volleyball).
