Launching a Newco soon. I've built an IoT-enabled ISO Class 7 cleanroom production facility for nutraceuticals within The Accelerator @ Touro College of Osteopathic Medicine in NYS and am developing similar AgTech farming and functional ingredients processing operations in Kamiyama, Tokushima on Shikoku Island. Newco serves physicians, the persons under their care, and other end-users who are concerned with a specific condition, preventive care, or achieving personal performance goals. Our vision is to sit at the intersection of technology, personalized medicine, and plant-based, non-drug therapeutics.

Sumo ingredients include naturally derived probiotics, bioactive peptides, botanicals, adaptogens, specialty vitamins and micronutrients, fermented biogenic syrups and pastes and more. They are typically used in functional foods, nutraceutical beverages and biofunctional supplements. The recent and on-going pandemic has focused consumers on lifestyle factors as fundamental components of health.
