Rachel is a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) who has practiced counseling since 2019. Her experience ranges from working with substance use, at-risk youth, college students, life stressors, and relationships. She incorporates her multicultural background and arts therapy into her sessions to tailor to students’ needs. Rachel came to Catawba after working in a community college setting and assisted students navigating life challenges on top of academic pursuits.
Away from Catawba, Rachel enjoys crafting, gardening, and going on kayak camping trips with her friends, family, and dogs.
