Urban Agriculture
An introduction to the concepts involved in the design, planning, and operation of agriculture systems relevant to urban environments. Students will plan, develop, and implement an urban garden while learning the basic techniques necessary to cultivate and propagate food plants.
Prerequisite: ENV 1401 or 1402 or 1403 or BIOL 1503
