Worship in Practice
An application of the concepts and skills needed for working in and overseeing an active worship ministry and developing a comprehensive worship ministry and program within the context of a church or para-church organizations. Topics of study will include volunteer recruitment and development, church budget development and management, studies and practices in multi-generational ministry, staff relations and development, conflict resolution and other skills necessary to work in worship ministry. Prerequisite: MUS 2802
