A renovation of one of the oldest residence halls on campus that expresses the Gothic-style architecture unique to Catawba's campus.
Current Phase: On Hold - will start Design Development in May 2025
Project Scope
The project will provide a new, modern interior that will address water infiltration and accessibility issues while pursuing Fitwell Certification and remaining on the existing geothermal loop for heating and cooling.
