The Governance and Standards Committee oversees governance for the organization and reviews institutional standards.

Meet regularly to review existing policies and procedures as laid out in the Faculty Handbook and to identify and/or discuss any clarification or revisions needed in the Faculty Handbook.
Receive and discuss any requests from the Faculty Senate for review of policies and procedures.
Work in conjunction with any affiliated constituents as policies and procedures are reviewed.
Submit recommendations to the Faculty Senate.
