Catawba College alumna Kathryn Heidt ’14 of Salisbury, a student at Sherman College of Chiropractic in Spartanburg, S.C., was recently awarded a Research Fellowship from the Foundation for Vertebral Subluxation (FVS).  The Research Fellowship focuses on Best Practices & Guideline Development for Management of Vertebral Subluxation.

Heidt will be joining a team at Sherman College of Chiropractic that will oversee an ongoing initiative to develop permanent and best practices for the management of vertebral subluxation.

Heidt earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Biology with a minor in Chemistry and graduated magna cum laude from Catawba College in the Class of 2014.  Since her graduation, she has also earned a Master of Science degree at Auburn University.
