In an effort to cut down on paper use and align itself with Catawba's efforts to be a greener campus, the School of Evening and Graduate Studies will be posting all course syllabi online beginning in the first summer block of 2009 and henceforth. The syllabi will be available on the program's website at www.catawba.edu/evening.

Sustainable CatawbaOver the past few years, Catawba has actively encouraged students, faculty and staff to participate in improving the environment. In 2007, the Office of Waste Reduction and Recycling was established to help transform Catawba's ecological mindset and the appearance of the campus. Today, a wide variety of materials can be recycled and recycling containers are commonplace throughout the campus.

In 2009, the college also established Green Pig to promote green consciousness among all of us in the Catawba family."
