Stock up on reading material for the summer while helping Catawba's library raise funds for much-needed improvements at a Book Sale May 19-21 in the Corriher-Linn-Black Library. 

New or fairly new fiction and non-fiction books with topics such as popular culture, classical thought and literature, drawing and cartooning, sailing, and horses and horseback riding will be available. Prices are $.50 for paperbacks and most hardbacks will be $1.00, with specialty books priced at $2.00 and up. 

Hours of the sale will be 9am-5pm on May 19 and 20, and 9am-1pm on May 21. Books were donated by Mr. Kermit Ashley, formerly of Salisbury. Debit and credit cards accepted!

The sale is sponsored by the Friends of the Library.
