Refer a Student for an RA Position

The Office of Housing and Residence Life at Catawba College is looking to hire undergraduate students as Resident Assistants (RA).  Resident Assistants serve as a liaison between the Division of Student Affairs and students living in Catawba's residence halls, serving four basic purposes: 

• To be an ADVOCATE for students living in the residence halls,
• To be a RESOURCE PERSON to provide students with accurate information,
• To be a PROGRAMMER to provide social, educational, recreational, informational, and spiritual events for residents on the hall, and,
• To serve as a ROLE MODEL for all students in following and enforcing College policies and procedures.
