The College is guided in its policies and future direction by a vibrant and active Board of Trustees, who volunteer their time and give generously of their expertise and support.
The full Board convenes several times annually. In addition, trustees also serve as members of individual standing committees of the Board, each of which is charged with oversight of various areas of the College’s functions. Standing committees meet throughout the year. The Board of Trustees is composed of both Catawba College alumni and non-alumni members who represent diverse personal and professional backgrounds, and who bring varied viewpoints, skills, and life experiences for the benefit of the College.
